1. How can I purchase Monasib garments?
Purchase online or in our Cape Town-based boutique, by appointment.
2. How to buy online?
- Register by following the top menu. This involves getting a user name and password so that we may save your selection on your profile
- Select from products in left hand menu
- Select desired garment, by clicking on thumbnail
- On the product detail page, you will see images of garment, price, size etc.
- Pick size, length and colour if applicable (please note, hats and head coverings are one size fits all)
- Consult ‘i’ buttons for further details about size and length
- View pictures of garment details, including the ‘regular’ length, by clicking on thumbnail images
- We recommend you review tabs at the bottom of the page: Full description, Pick your size, Customer feedback
- Confirm desired quantity
- Click ‘Add to Shopping Cart’
- Once you are through all your selections, proceed to check-out by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page
- At check-out, confirm your garment selection
- Confirm shipping and billing information
- Confirm total bill, including shipping charges
- You will then be redirected to a 3-D secure page that requires input of your credit card information
- Press ‘Submit’
- You will then receive confirmation of payment via email
- And be redirected to the Monasib site
- Thank you.
3. Security of online payments?
Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information. Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.The Merchant does not have access to credit details. Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
4. What forms of payment can Monasib accept?
Visa or Mastercard. EFT available for those within RSA on a case by case basis, not through the web site.

A standard size chart is available in the ‘Fitting Room’, via the information tab on the product page and also under ‘Pick your size’.
In addition, Monasib provides general measurements of its garments in ‘Pick your size’ to help you visualize how garments will fit on you.
7. Does Monasib offer custom sizing and/or alterations?
No.
